Due to recent events and the safety of our customers, Lexus of Barrie is pleased to offer exclusive Service and Parts Valet services
We realize this is a delicate time for all of us and your safety, health and well-being remains our #1 priority, which is why we are proud to offer you Contactless Service and complete sanitization of your vehicle (including use of steering wheel protectors & seat covers).
(1) No-Dealership Entry Drop-Off & Pickup
- Leave your vehicle outside and the keys in a secure drop box so you don’t have to enter the dealership.
- If you choose to use the key drop box, please call us ahead of your appointment at service@lexusofbarrie.ca
(2) Service Appointment Valet
- No-charge vehicle pickup and drop-off for service appointments.

At Lexus of Barrie we offer complimentary Valet Service for our guests. Our drivers will come out to pick up your vehicle from your home or place of business and bring it back to the dealership to complete any service required. Upon its completion we will then return your Lexus right to you.
As part of the Valet program, we will also provide you with an equivalent loaner vehicle*
